Easy Banana Bread

The easiest vegan bread you’ll ever bake!

Vegan + Sugar Free

This recipe is literally for everyone to make!
Beginners, busy moms, lazy teens, your grandpa, you and me.
If you think that you can’t bake breads or cakes, now is your time to succeed.
It doesn’t take any mixers and you don’t have to “work the dough” or “wait for it to grow”.
I mean, those directions that make you leave your apron aside before you even begin.
When I say it’s easy, trust me it’s easy. It will be your bread. And it will grow.
(off course, if your baking powder hasn’t reached its “best before” date)
Oh, and last but not least:
It’s not only vegan but also it’s sugar FREE.
The bananas do all the work bringing sweetness to it.

It’s actually a bread/cake, so it’s awesome for any time of the day:
breakfast, brunch, afternoon break, kids meals, late night snacks, lunch (you turn it into an avocado toast).
Be creative.
Bake it.
Feel like a winner.
Let’s hit it !

3 bananas (big and super ripe) (300g)
70g vegetable oil
210g all purpose flour
2 tbs 🥄 cinnamon
2 tbs 🥄 baking powder
Pinch salt
Optional: Handful of shredded walnuts or almonds (It does make
a good difference, I recommend that you add some if you have any
nuts available)

probably be optional on most of my sweet recipes)

Quick Directions
Pre heat oven 200°C / bake for 1 hour 180° C

Directions
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius and grease an English
loaf pan with oil or cooking spray. You can also use a silicon

Add the remaining dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir
until just combined.
